Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, scent preference, or simply deciding you no longer want the item.
Please choose carefully before placing your order.
Faulty or Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact info@tualuce.com within 7 days of delivery with your order details and clear images of the item and packaging.
Where applicable, we will arrange a replacement, store credit or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Product Care & Delivery Disclaimer
We take care in packaging and preparing each order for shipment. However, once orders have been dispatched, Tua Luce is not responsible for shipping delays and lost parcels.
Please avoid leaving candles in direct sunlight or heat for extended periods.
