We make every effort to display our products, descriptions and imagery as accurately as possible. However, colours, textures and product appearance may vary slightly depending on your device settings, screen display and individual product variations.

As our candles are hand-poured, minor variations between products may occur and are not considered faults.

Orders

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from Tua Luce.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order at our discretion, including where payment cannot be processed, products are unavailable, or pricing or product information contains an error.

Once an order has been placed, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation or modification requests.

You are responsible for ensuring all billing, shipping and contact details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

We accept payment via approved payment methods available at checkout, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

Payment information is processed securely through Shopify Payments and other trusted third-party payment providers. Tua Luce does not store or have access to your full credit card or payment details.

Prices, promotions and product availability may change at any time without notice.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within Australia.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.
Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

Once orders have been dispatched, Tua Luce is not responsible for shipping delays, carrier delays or lost parcels.

Please ensure shipping details are entered correctly at checkout, as we are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, scent preference, or simply deciding you no longer want the item.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact info@tualuce.com within 7 days of delivery with your order details and clear images of the item and packaging.

Where applicable, we will arrange a replacement, store credit or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Product Care

Please avoid leaving candles in direct sunlight or excessive heat for extended periods of time.

Please follow all candle safety instructions provided with your product.
Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, branding, product names, images, graphics, photography and written content, is the property of Tua Luce and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.
